Join Gretchen Mills for an exploration of these two ancient sciences. While Yoga has gained widespread popularity in modern society as a means of strengthening the body and calming the mind, its benefits extend far beyond the surface.

By unraveling the intricate connection between yoga and Ayurveda, the approach to our yoga practice undergoes a profound transformation, leading to enhanced benefits. This workshop offers engaging discussions on optimizing the potential of yoga and Ayurveda, along with practical daily exercises showcasing the synergies between these two practices.

Please bring a paper and pen and wear clothing that you will be comfortable in.
